Services & Fees

The Connectry delivers high-quality, customised care to adults, adolescents, groups, and company employees. Service fees vary depending on therapy type.

Individual Therapy Adults

Individual therapy offers a confidential space to better understand yourself, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. Through a collaborative process, therapy can help you recognise and understand patterns across your relationships, emotions and experiences, and use that insight to make progress towards your therapeutic goals. Therapy is available in a discreet and supportive setting, either in person in Fulham or Chelsea, or online.

Individual Therapy Adolescents

Adolescent therapy addresses the unique needs and challenges of teens’ evolving development. The main objective is to support adolescents in positively and proactively navigating their rapidly changing lives. Issues which often arise include academic pressures, peer relationships, parental divorce, the impact of social media, self-harm and identity development. While the principles are similar to those utilised in adult therapy, the process differs in that it caters towards the child’s developmental stage and individual needs. Creative resources may be incorporated alongside talking therapy where appropriate. Individual adolescent therapy  is currently only held in person in Fulham and Chelsea, with the consent of parent or caregiver.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a different way of understanding yourself, not only through reflection, but through connection with others. Sharing experiences within a carefully facilitated group focusing on similar mental health concerns can reveal relational patterns, offer new perspectives and reduce the sense that difficult experiences have to be carried alone. Group therapy is conducted in person in Fulham, with topics varying according to client interest and demand.

Therapy For The Workplace

A 2024 study by Deloitte found that poor mental health costs UK businesses £51 billion per year. There is growing evidence that supporting employee mental health can benefit organisations through reduced absenteeism, greater engagement and productivity, improved staff retention and stronger financial returns.

For employees, access to therapy can provide valuable support for their mental and emotional wellbeing, yet cost, accessibility and practical barriers can often make this difficult. By offering therapy through the workplace, employers can make professional support more accessible while providing a valuable holistic employee benefit.

The Connectry works with businesses to provide employees with convenient access to confidential therapy sessions, available onsite or offsite.
