When I have a negative thought now, I’m able to use the tools and techniques that I learnt in therapy...I feel proud of myself for having the courage to tackle difficulties, and so grateful to Stephanie for guiding me through this.”

“I engaged in therapy with Stephanie for four months this year. There were some really difficult sessions, but Stephanie created a containing and validating space. I’m no longer significantly troubled by the negative thoughts and patterns of behaviour that I had been.
