“I engaged in therapy with Stephanie for four months this year. There were some really difficult sessions, but Stephanie created a containing and validating space. I’m no longer significantly troubled by the negative thoughts and patterns of behaviour that I had been. When I have a negative thought now, I’m able to use the tools and techniques that I learnt in therapy, to not let them further impact me. I feel proud of myself for having had the courage to tackle the difficulties, and so grateful to Stephanie for guiding me through this.”
